Marvy A. Finger, President and Chief Executive Officer,
has been planning and developing luxury multi-family real
estate properties in metropolitan areas across the United
States for over four decades. He has been directly involved
in the development or rehabilitation of over 30,000 units.
In 1985 he developed his first mid rise apartment in Wheeling,
Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. He has since built luxury
high-rise rental units in Houston and Florida. He graduated
from the University of Texas, is married and has two children.
Gordon Pilmer, Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer, rejoined The Finger Companies
in 1991 after being with the Company from 1980 to 1984.
Previously, he practiced public accounting for over seven
years at Touche Ross & Co. where he was a Tax Manager
with primary involvement in the real estate industry.
From 1984 to 1990, Mr. Pilmer was CFO of two other multi-family
developers. He graduated cum laude from Texas A&M
University with a Bachelor of Business Administration
in Accounting and has been involved in the development
of over 15,000 multi-family units across the U.S. during
his career. He has been a Certified Public Accountant
since 1975, and is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society
of Certified Public Accountants.
Ralph Green, Executive Vice President - Construction,
joined The Finger Companies in 1998 after serving as Vice
President of Construction for a national multi-family real
estate investment trust for the preceding ten years. He
has over 30 years experience in the construction business.
Mr. Green is a 1971 graduate of the University of Alabama
with a degree in Business Administration and has served
on the City of Houston Fire Code Review Board as a representative
of the Houston Apartment Association.
Andrea Bloom, Vice President - Property Management,
rejoined The Finger Companies in 2003 after being with
the Company from 1986 to 1994. She originally joined the
Company in an administrative position in the corporate
office and served in several on-site positions before being
promoted to Regional Manager. From 1994 to 2003, Ms. Bloom
served as a Regional Manager for another owner-operator
of multifamily properties, handling numerous properties
throughout the southern United States. Ms. Bloom was promoted
to Vice President - Property Management in 2006 and oversees
the property operations of the Company's portfolio of multifamily
assets.
