Each of our communities is managed by a seasoned team of professionals including a property manager, assistant manager and leasing agent who are trained in apartment administration and customer care. Using sophisticated software, they monitor occupancy, traffic, demographics, revenues and return on media investments to fine-tune management and marketing programs. Additionally, they work hard to attract and retain high-quality residents through ongoing lead generation programs, unsurpassed resident service and periodic social events from pool parties to holiday gatherings.
The Finger Companies also staff each property with an on-site maintenance team including maintenance coordinators, technicians, and an assistant technician. Their job is twofold: first, manage residents' requests fast and efficiently, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; second, execute a formal preventative maintenance program -interior and exterior- to keep the property in pristine condition.
Just as important, The Finger Companies excel at landscape design and long term care. Not only do we landscape more extensively than most firms during development, we also conduct ongoing beautician programs that preserve and enhance the 'curb appeal' of our communities. Seasonal color gardens punctuate each property and are renewed four times yearly. Well-maintained garden structures, fountains and waterscapes add ambiance to each property.
